Question: How do I get started with SheRocks Design?
Answer: Complete the onboarding form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation and we’ll schedule your kickoff call.
Question: What happens after I submit the onboarding form?
Answer: We review your details, clarify your goals, and hold a short discovery call to confirm scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Question: What information do you need from me during onboarding?
Answer: Brand assets, business goals, target audience, examples of work you like, and any existing materials we should reference.
Question: How long does onboarding take?
Answer: Onboarding is typically completed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on how quickly the form is submitted.
Question: I’m not sure what I need. Can you help me figure it out?
Answer: Yes. The discovery call is designed to help you identify your goals and determine the right mix of services.
Pricing and Payments
Question: How do you price your projects?
Answer: All pricing is based on scope. After we understand your needs, we provide a custom flat-rate quote.
Question: What affects the cost of a project?
Answer: Number of deliverables, design complexity, revision needs, speed, and additional services such as strategy or ad setup.
Question: Do you require a deposit?
Answer: Yes. Most projects require a 50 percent deposit before work begins.
Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: Major credit cards, bank transfer, and digital payment options.
Question: Do you offer payment plans?
Answer: Yes. Larger projects may be broken into milestone payments depending on scope and timeline.
Design, Delivery, and Revisions
Question: How long does a typical project take?
Answer: Smaller projects take 2 to 5 business days. Larger branding or multi-asset projects typically take 2 to 4 weeks.
Question: How many revisions are included?
Answer: Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions can be added for an extra fee.
Question: What file types do you deliver?
Answer: Files are delivered in standard formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, and Adobe source files depending on your needs.
Question: Can you match my existing brand or design style?
Answer: Yes. We always design within your brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all assets.
Question: Do you offer rush turnaround?
Answer: Yes. Rush work can be accommodated depending on current workload and may include an added fee.
Ongoing Support and Maintenance
Question: Do you offer ongoing support after the project is completed?
Answer: Yes. We offer optional monthly support and maintenance for updates, additional assets, or continued design needs.
Question: Can you help maintain my website, social media, or marketing materials?
Answer: Yes. We can provide ongoing design updates, social media graphics, or marketing support with a defined plan.
Question: Can I come back later for more design work?
Answer: Absolutely. Most clients return for new assets, seasonal materials, ad refreshes, or updated branding.
